Delivery Information

1. Which areas do we provide services to?

We currently only provide services to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC! If you are a resident of other parts of the United States or other countries, please do not place an order or use any of our services. But we are working hard to ensure that the whole world can enjoy our equally fair services!

Please see the areas where we do not offer any services: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, Military Districts (Including APO, FPO, DPO), and other countries or regions except the United States.


2. How much is the shipping cost?

All of our price are distribution price,for the above supported areas,you may need to pay shipping costs, we can provide below service:

We can provide drop shipping,you can use our logistics account or you can use your own.

We can provide labeling and polybagging services,the associated cost is $5/carton. 


3. When will I receive the order?

After placing your order, you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days.

Shipping times will vary based on shipping type and destination.

If your order is for more than one product or product and is managed by multiple of our warehouses, you may receive different deliveries. You will receive a tracking code for each delivery so that you can manage them individually.


4. What are the transportation methods?

Our designated express companies are UPS and FedEx.

After receiving the tracking code of your order, you can go to the official website of the corresponding courier company to check the transportation progress of your order. You can also contact us to help you inquire about the shipping progress of your order.


5. Track my order

Please check the tracking number you received. If it is composed of 12 digits, please select FedEx to track your order; If it starts with 1Z , please select UPS to track your order.
